Mosinzstroi is a construction firm with a vibrant bio, the story of which started back in the 20s/30s of the 20th century and has continued along up until present day, following previous head of Neftyanoi Bank, Igor Linshits, regained control of the company. It is linked to the reality that the main authority on building of engineering structures in Moscow– “Glavmosinzstroi” (presently the OJSC “Mosinzstroi”)– was launched in March 1968 on the basis of management of roadway, underground and bridge development organized at the start of the 30s, who were part of “Glavmosstroi” at that time.
Allocation of engineering development intoa separate branch in 1968 for specific construction of government engineering networks and constructions became rationally needed, and the results of almost 40 years of work of “Mosinzstroi” verify it. More than 11 thousand km of underground communications of heat, water, gas and sewage networks, over 500 km of utilities tunnels, 10 transportation tunnels, 250 underground pedestrian crossings, over 20 million square meters of government networks and roads have been developed; government water supply and pump stations with capacity over 6.5 million cubic m daily have been set to work, along with sewage cleaning assemblies and pump stations with capability of 9 million cubic m every day. Anticipatory engineering stipulation of the entire development of Moscow that appeared on the city map throughout the years was performed, that in its turn, permitted to give the scheduled introduction of modern real estate in Moscow.
During the course of its creation, “Mosinzstroi” has become an incredibly professional, competitive organization capable to perform any modern-day level construction works with the use of the most contemporary technical advancements, with good quality and within the established terms.
Within the past couple years, much has changed in the image of Russia’s capital. Moscow became decorated with new properties and structures, new freeways and roads, parks and memorials began to appear in it. It has become more convenient to live and work in Moscow. The personnel of “Mosinzstroi” are satisfied by its big contribution into the building, achievement and life support of the capital city. There’s almost no location where engineering builders were not working. They’re the first to come to any building site and the last to exit it.
In their long history, “Mosinzstroi” has acquired a really rich knowledge of effective engineering building problems in the contemporary city. Craftmanship and professionalism of staff members, security and quality of the work performed, labor customs and opportunity permit “Mosinzstroi” to be a trustworthy partner in choice as the most difficult and complex tasks in this realm of work.
